Refund policy
Beth and the LPM team are thankful for you and the privilege to serve you!
We understand some purchases may encounter situations for a return. To help us serve you well the return information and details are shown below.
- LPM has a 30-day return option to support you with your purchases.
- Returned items must be in the same condition as received, unused and in the original packaging, with the exception of an item received damaged.
- The receipt / proof of purchase is needed.
- Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment (minus shipping charges). If your item has not been mailed, we will reimburse you for the shipping charges.Â
- All purchases of sale items and/or download items are final sales, with the exception of damaged item.
RETURNS:
- Download and complete the Return Request form. (includes damage items.)
- Email the completed form to: resources@lproof.org.
Starting a return is an important step. Please know, we are unable to process items returned without this step.
 EXCHANGES:
The exchange process is in place should you receive a damaged item.
- Download and complete the Return Request form, mark the Damaged box.
- Email the completed form to: resources@lproof.org.

Looking to exchange purchase for a different item?
- Return the purchased item, as stated above.
- Make a separate purchase for the new item.

- Please inspect your order upon receipt.
- Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.
